Effective as of May 1, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of concretecreationstexas.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Concrete Creations, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, or by submitting an inquiry, requesting an estimate, or hiring us for any concrete project, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and our services.
Concrete Creations, LLC is a Texas limited liability company based in Spring, TX 77379, providing residential and commercial concrete services across Greater Houston and East Texas, including driveways, patios, stamped concrete, pool decks, walkways, and subdivision paving.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks.
Any estimate or quote provided through the Site, by phone, or in person is an offer based on the information available at the time and is not a binding contract until a written agreement or work order is signed by both parties. Estimates are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on site conditions discovered during work, material price fluctuations, scope changes, or factors outside our control.
Before any concrete work begins, both parties will sign a written project agreement that describes the scope, materials, schedule, payment terms, and any change-order process. These Terms supplement, but do not replace, the project agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls.
Payment terms — including any deposit, progress payments, and final payment — are set out in your signed project agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest and collection costs as permitted under Texas law.
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms (length, coverage, and exclusions) are stated in your signed project agreement. Concrete is a natural material and minor surface cracking, color variation, and efflorescence are normal and not considered defects. Damage caused by ground movement, improper drainage outside our control, deicing chemicals, vehicle weight beyond design specification, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Cancellation and change-order procedures are described in your signed project agreement. Materials ordered or produced specifically for your project are non-refundable once procured.
All content on this Site — including text, images, project photography, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Concrete Creations, LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Linking to a third party does not imply endorsement.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Project-specific warranties are governed solely by your signed project agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concrete Creations, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of any project shall not exceed the amounts paid by you under the applicable signed project agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concrete Creations, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
